Size exchanges: If your item doesn’t fit, we offer one (1) size exchange per order (see “Do you accept exchanges?” below). If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
Yes! We offer one (1) size exchange per order for sizing/fit issues, subject to availability.

We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, color preference, or other change-of-mind reasons.
We do offer refunds/replacements for eligible issues such as defects, damage, production errors, or incorrect items sent (see below).

Some Ratbag Moto designs are intentionally distressed for a gritty/vintage look. Intentional distressing is not a defect when it matches the product photos and description.
A production error is something that doesn’t match the intended design, such as:

Some of our items are made-to-order, and others are stocked. If an item is made-to-order, it is produced specifically for your purchase.
Because of the production process, minor variations in color, print placement, or texture can occur and aren’t considered defects when the item matches the product photos and description.
Processing times vary by product type:
After shipment, standard delivery within the contiguous U.S. typically takes about 3–4 business days. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

No. At this time, Ratbag Moto ships to addresses within the United States only.

Because many items are made-to-order, we can only make changes before an order enters production or ships - changes aren’t guaranteed.
Possibly. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package. You may receive multiple shipping confirmations and tracking numbers for a single order.
If your package appears lost or hasn’t updated, email us at support@ratbagmoto.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (based on tracking). Include your order number and any tracking details, and we’ll help investigate.
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts and before tax) shipped to the contiguous United States (Lower 48). Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.
