Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed.

Because Ratbag Moto offers a mix of made-to-order and stocked items, processing times vary by product type:

  • Print-on-Demand (POD) items: Typically ship within 2–5 business days
  • Non-POD items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days

 

Estimated Delivery (After Shipment)

Standard shipping typically delivers within 3–4 business days in the contiguous U.S. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Checkout

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • The items in your order
  • The applicable shipping method

 

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts have been applied and before tax) to addresses within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).

  • Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when eligible
  • Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping
  • Expedited shipping options, where available, are not included in the free shipping offer

 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Shipping methods depend on the items in your order:

  • Print-on-Demand items: Shipped by our fulfillment partners using USPS or other regional carriers
  • Non-POD items: Shipped by Ratbag Moto via USPS or UPS

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via USPS and may have higher shipping costs and longer transit times.

 

Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.
You may receive multiple shipping confirmation emails and tracking numbers for a single order.

 

Shipping Destinations

At this time, Ratbag Moto ships to addresses within the United States only.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

 

Delivery Delays

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volumes
  • Fulfillment or carrier issues outside our control

Ratbag Moto is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

 

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship
  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to address errors provided by the customer
  • Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed. If you need to update an address, contact us as soon as possible.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@ratbagmoto.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos (if damaged)
  • Any relevant tracking details

We will work with the carrier or fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

If tracking shows an order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us within 7 days so we can help investigate with the carrier. Resolution decisions may depend on the carrier’s investigation outcome.
