Order Processing Time
All orders are processed after payment is received and confirmed.
Because Ratbag Moto offers a mix of made-to-order and stocked items, processing times vary by product type:
- Made-to-order items: Typically ship within 2–5 business days
- Stocked items: Typically ship within 1–3 business days
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Estimated Transit Time (After Shipment)
After your order ships, standard delivery in the contiguous U.S. typically takes about 3–4 business days. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Orders aren’t shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Checkout
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:
- your delivery address
- the items in your order
- the selected shipping method
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more (after discounts and before tax) to addresses within the contiguous United States (Lower 48).
- Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when eligible
- Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping
- Expedited options (where available) are not included in the free shipping offer
Shipping Methods & Carriers
Shipping methods depend on the items in your order and where they ship from:
- Some items ship from our production/fulfillment partners (often via USPS or other regional carriers)
- Stocked items may ship directly from Ratbag Moto (often via USPS or UPS)
Multiple Shipments
If your order includes multiple items, it may ship in more than one package and arrive separately. You may receive multiple shipping confirmations and tracking numbers.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Ratbag Moto ships to addresses within the United States only.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Delays
Shipping times are estimates (not guarantees). Delays can happen due to weather, carrier disruptions, high order volumes, or fulfillment issues outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to reship
- Address changes aren’t guaranteed once an order is placed—contact us ASAP if you need an update
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us at support@ratbagmoto.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with:
- your order number
- photos (if damaged)
- any relevant tracking details
How Shipping Relates to Returns & Exchanges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the issue is the result of our error.
- For eligible defects/damage/incorrect items, we will work with you to make it right (replacement or refund as applicable).
- For approved size exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping to send the original item back to us, and Ratbag Moto covers shipping for the replacement item (one exchange per order).
